IPOB: I Am Ready To Stand Surety For Nnamdi Kanu Again
Senate Minority Leader, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, has stated that he does regret standing surety for the embattled leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu. Naija News recall that Abaribe and two other individuals had in 2017 stood surety for Nnamdi Kanu before he was granted bail.
The IPOB leader later jumped bail after security operatives attacked him home in Abuja State.
Kanu, who was rearrested in Kenya, is currently facing charges bordering on terrorism, treason, incitement and many others.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Olayemi Cardoso, has projected a fall in the pump price of petrol in Nigeria. The CBN boss, who spoke on Wednesday in Lagos during the launch of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) 2024 Macroeconomic Outlook Report, based the projection on the coming onboard of refineries in the country.
